Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as launches or restocks), processing may take an extra day or two.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mello is not responsible for these charges—they are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is taking longer than expected or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at help@wearmello.store and we’ll be happy to investigate and assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dropped off at the shipping facility, we are unable to cancel it—you will need to go through our return process.
